When animated-films were released on VHS, it was finally possible to watch programming, at your leisure. Children everywhere were treated to their favorite classics. And, it quickly became a popular gift idea. Most notably, there were many lesser-known films released. And, these programs are definitely worth reviewing. Nativity stories are an important part of the holidays. While another film, entitled Jingle Bell Rap, had many classic elements. Although it never became popular, this great cartoon should not be forgotten.

Inspector Gadget originally ran from 1983 until 1986. It then became a popular syndication. Here's a VHS release of Inspector Gadget saves Christmas.

Japanese Animation brought a unique style to holiday Films. Hello Kitty is one example

Hanna-Barbera's Christmas Sing-a-longs featured wonderful Caroling, along with classic animation sequences.

| A Family Circus was a popular comic, which debuted in 1960. In the previous decade, attempts were made by Columbia Pictures to animate this theme. (However, this information cannot be verified). Their 1979 Animated Christmas Special also promoted Christian values.
Meanwhile, The Flintstones original Christmas special was initially packaged, along with The Jetson's Christmas Carol. Note that the latter cartoon (from 1985) was not part of the original Jetsons series.

| Disney's Darkwing Duck was a well-animated series, beginning in 1991. Their Holiday classic was packaged with, A Goofy Christmas. Both were possibly their best episodes.

Many films capitalized on popular themes. Jingle Bells featured limited animation. Thus, was quickly forgotten.

A Merry Mirthworm Christmas is highly recommended. ...actually, There are many Programs which deserve another look.

It doesn't get any better than this !!! Bugs Bunny's Loony Christmas featured several classics. While The Carebears Nutcracker Suite became a seasonal favorite.

Brer rabbit's Christmas Carol could be watched, again and again. Amongst other things, the voices were a standout feature.

Disney released several fantastic Sing-a-long videos. Beginning with Jimney Cricket Christmas. (not listed here). Nonetheless, these quickly became a stand-out feature of the holidays.
